4 L Calf Colostrum Spout Pouch for Pasteurised Milk Storage & Feeding

Built from laminated film, this calf colostrum spout pouch handles two core dairy tasks: feeding colostrum and storing pasteurised milk. A farm can portion colostrum into the pouch, keep it chilled or frozen, then warm the required amount and feed it directly through the spout and a feeding tool. That removes repeated pouring between containers and limits the liquid's exposure to air.

The pouch body uses metallized film or pure aluminium foil as the barrier layer, combined with a heat-seal inner layer. The metal layer blocks light and oxygen, while the inner layer keeps seal edges dependable at chilled and ambient temperatures. Since the spout base is welded to the pouch and bears pressure during feeding, the seal width needs to be generous.

Capacity covers 1–10 L, and 4 L is a common portion size. Printing supports 1–8 colours. Accessories include a drain tube and an outer frame; the drain tube helps move liquid from the pouch into a feeder. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and pouch style plus accessory dimensions can be customised to suit the customer's equipment.
