4 L Bovine Colostrum Spout Pouch with Drench Tube & Outer Frame | Calf Milk Liner

Built around calf drenching, this 4 L pouch pairs a spout, transfer tube and outer frame into one feeding format. The stand-up spout design can sit inside a bucket as a milk liner or be handled on its own. During colostrum feeding, the tube channels liquid out at a controlled pace, so the bag does not need to be tipped and spillage is kept low; one worker can run the feeding alone.

The pouch construction follows how the tube, spout and frame are assembled. Its innermost layer is a heat-seal layer that provides weld strength for the spout seat and tube fitting. In the middle, metallized or pure aluminium options handle light and gas barrier duties. The outer layer carries the printed design and helps resist scuffing. A tight tube-to-neck fit is central to leak control, while the frame keeps the filled soft pouch in shape.

Available fill volumes span 1–10 L, with 4 L being the common choice. Printing can be produced in 1–8 colours, with artwork laid out to customer requirements. The accessory set includes a drain tube and an outer frame. Minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.

On dairy farms, this pouch serves as colostrum packaging, a cattle-rearing bag, a calf drench bag and a general farm pouch. It also fits spout-pouch formats for milk bags and feeding bags.
